At Fresh Slate Cleaning LLC, we’re more than just a cleaning company — we’re a family-run team dedicated to helping you reset, recharge, and reclaim your space.
Founded by Jessica, a busy mom of three who understands how chaotic life can get, Fresh Slate was created to give people the helping hand they need when things get overwhelming. Whether it’s routine cleaning, deep cleaning, or laundry service, Jessica and her crew handle each job with care, reliability, and attention to detail.
We also offer junk removal and carpet cleaning add-ons, handled by Chase. From answering your calls to hauling away what you no longer need, we’re here to make your life easier.

Fresh Slate Cleaning LLC – Service Terms & Policies
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both our team and our clients, please review and agree to the following terms before booking your service. By booking with Fresh Slate Cleaning, you agree to our Service Terms & Policies.
Deposits & Payments
• A non-refundable $75 deposit is required for all new clients. This deposit goes toward your final balance.
• Final payment is due at the time of service.
• Payments not received within 2 days of service completion will incur a $25/day late fee until paid in full.
Walk-Through Policy
• We offer one complimentary in-person walk-through to assess your home and cleaning needs.
• If we are unable to access the home within 15 minutes of the scheduled walk-through, we will leave. If you’d like us to return, there will be a $25 re-walk fee.
• Hoarding situations, move-in cleans, and emergency cleans require a mandatory walk-through. No exceptions.
Access to Property
• On the day of your scheduled clean, we must be able to access the home.
• If we arrive and are unable to enter, we will attempt to contact you and wait up to 15 minutes.
• If there is still no access, the appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the full remaining balance of your cleaning will still be due.
Biohazards & Special Conditions
• Feces, including pet or human waste, is considered a biohazard and will incur additional charges.
• Please disclose any special conditions or concerns during your walk-through so we can prepare appropriately.
